BUYING & SELLING A HOUSE - We provide surveys for the purchaser (see sub-section – Residential Surveys) and more frequently now, the vendor. Uniquely we can offer a complete service to provide specifications of work, tendering and management of the repair works that may come from surveys or, if preferred, combinations of the above to suit a budget.

BUILDING DEFECTS ANALYSIS - Should there be concerns about an individual defect on any property, residential or commercial, we can provide expert advice on the causes, remedies and costs. 

PERIOD, LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS - We provide specialist advice on period properties. Our advice on maintenance and remedial works to historic buildings ensures their continued conservation and preservation. 

LICENSED PROPERTIES - We have considerable experience of licensed premises including surveys, defects analysis, assistance with EHO requirements and development opportunities.

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS - Often projects are undertaken without contractual agreements or even specifications of work, this can lead to unwelcome and costly outcomes for the unsuspecting property owner. 

HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS - We provide contract administration, surveying and project management services.
