The project is currently within its 12 months defects liability period.

We have inspected the works completed during the project with the client and contractor and issued our schedule of defects.  We monitored the progression of the defects works and will return in the spring, when the decoration repairs are completed.

We will then finalise all contract arrangements, including final account and issue the completion certificate under the terms of the JCT Intermediate building contract.

The property owners Mrs Pamela Homer Norman & Mr Andrew Norman, very kindly left us the following review at this stage of the project works:
