Defining the brief
We take this and where necessary, advise and influence the scope of the brief so that the client’s objectives can be feasibly met. As the project progresses through the planning, design, procurement and construction phases we actively manage the risk, programme, budget and technical challenges that arise.
To do this effectively we believe that the success of the project, through all its phases from brief to post completion review, is achieved by effective leadership, meticulous communication and coordination within the project team, attention to detail and robust documentary evidence.
