Scope of works & appointment

We have recently been appointed as project manager’s for the replacement of the lead roof to the rear, West elevation of this Grade I listed property.

The works will include stone repairs to the masonry, while high level access is in place.

The replacement of the lead roof and all attendant repairs requires the installation of a temporary roof for the project’s 8 month duration and the building’s historic status has required the use of a fully independent scaffold without fixings into the masonry fabric.  Consequently the scaffold has to span the full width of Trinity Lane to provide suitable buttressing.
